Shukracharya Astrological Research Center(SARC) was formed by Dr. R.B. Dhawan in 1995 with a view to spread Vedic knowledge and to promote other important Indian knowledge to a wider level so that these Vedic studies can be spread widely and people can be helped from this knowledge.

The institution provides people who are curious for the studies regarding astrological knowledge using ancient astrology as a base. Dr. R.B. Dhawan is the founder and handler of this institute. He and his team are constantly devoted to research and education. Astrology, Palmistry, Numerology, Vaastu Lal Kitaab (Red Book) and Astrological solutions are taught on continuous and correspondence basis. In order to save this traditional knowledge the institution is providing classes for this distend subject. The goal of this institute is to open centre all around India and to build to regional centre (franchise centre). Providing daily classes of Vedic knowledge in both regional and main centre. Providing correspondence courses of astrology and its related subjects in our regional centers and main centers. To provide education in both urban and rural areas in regular and correspondence formats.
